Compare House ClearanceRICS Home Survey Level 2
A property survey can be a great help when purchasing property as the results will often inform the buyer whether the building is a worthy investment.
We can offer a RICS Home Survey Level 2, previously known as a Homebuyers Report. This type of survey is best suited to properties built less than 80 years ago that are in fairly ‘good’ condition. One of our expert surveyors will thoroughly examine the property, providing a jargon-free condition report that will label certain areas of the home as 1, 2 or 3.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most comprehensive type of property survey available. It was previously known as the Building Survey and is best suited for older properties that were built with unusual materials or those that are in ‘poor’ condition.
When you request this service type, an experienced surveyor will thoroughly examine the property, as well as its structural condition. You will then be provided with a jargon-free report highlighting any defects or issues that you should be aware of before purchasing the home.
