We trace our roots back to 1984 when David Hannent set up his practice in Kent, believing that there was a market for a holistic and rounded approach to the Chartered Surveying profession.
We are RICS-regulated and our employees are certified by the following bodies: Association for Project Safety, Chartered Institute of Building, Chartered Association of Building Engineers, Society for the Environment, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Institute of Directors.

Considered our premium product, this survey was previously known as a Building Survey. It is the most comprehensive building survey, targeting older and more complex properties. Homes which have had extensions, large amounts of work or are in poor condition are also suitable for this survey.
This survey looks at the structure and condition of a property, including ongoing maintenance and repairs, safety and sustainability. Our surveys also include a damp check using the latest meters.
Valuation Report
Our valuations are carried out by an accredited RICS Chartered Surveyor who has experience in property construction and development, building defects analysis and construction costing.
We can provide a realistic and unbiased valuation of a home whether you need one for probate, help to buy, divorce, or capital gains tax.
Party Wall Survey
We have years of experience in Party Wall matters, approaching each matter with a pragmatic and holistic view.
