RICS Level 2 Home Survey
The RICS Level 2 Home Survey, also known as a HomeBuyers Report, is the most popular survey. It is an intermediate survey that includes an inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. Your surveyor will then write up a report that highlights any issues found. This survey is best suited for newer properties and homes with standard construction. The report is written using a traffic light rating, making it easy to follow.
RICS Level 3 Home Survey
The RICS Level 3 Home Survey, also known as a Building Survey, is the most comprehensive survey type available. Suitable for all property types, especially older properties and homes with non-standard construction. Your surveyor will thoroughly inspect the interior and exterior of the property and write up a report. Like the Level 2, defects will clearly be highlighted, but in the Level 3 report, we will also include reparation cost estimates and more in-depth advice on what can be done.
Valuation Report
We offer Valuation Reports for a variety of cases. Your valuer will consider the condition of the property and the location to determine an accurate market valuation. We carry this out according to RICS regulations. Valuations can be added to your survey or can be applied to complex cases such as Help to Buy transactions.
