Hard to get in touch with them once the survey is booked in, and Im still waiting for a call back to discuss the survey. The survey itself was well written.
Terrible, at the last minute was advised that the survey I selected wasn't sufficient and needed to upgrade. Given I didn't have a choice as there was a 2 / 3 week wait with others I was left with no choice but to pay extra. They advised me it would take a full day.Lunchtime on the day I get a call from the estate agent that they still haven't arrived and they were meant to do a full day of surveying. Paid for valuation and wasn't given one in the report. I emailed them twice providing feedback and a chance to rectify and they have ignored both emails.MY ADVICE STAY CLEAR...
Survey was arranged after 2 weeks and received report 7 working days after the survey. The report was detailed with photographs. Communication can be better
I paid for a level 3 report expecting it to be in-depth and detailed similar to other examples I have seen from other companies. I had to chase up the company multiple times due to deadlines they missed for me to receive the report. After I received the report I had questions that the Director Hamza said he would call me back and resolve. I texted him multiple times too and he has not come back with resolutions. The level 3 report also did not contain a valuation of the property and when I asked I was told it would be provided but wasn't. The report itself was also lacklustre and only approximately 40 pages with a light paragraph on each point. I have seen examples of level 2 reports that are more detailed. Lastly, the level 3 report does not hold the RCIS traffic light system contained in the level 2 reports. When I asked about this, I was told that due to level 3 reports being more detailed not all of them have this. Turns out after speaking to other Surveying companies, my solicitors and agents, this is not the case. All in all, I paid over 500 for a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend and I am currently thinking of seeking legal action against this company.
The caller was supposed to get back to me after finding out whether my requested time frame (surveying within 3 days) can be met. He didn't call back, but arranged without my agreement a viewing with the estate agents. Instead of the promised 3 days it was done on day 6. By the time the report had been compiled another week had passed. With the landlord breathing down my neck I was not happy with the progress of things.
