RICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 survey gives an overview of the home, highlighting any issues or defects. Formerly called a Homebuyers Report, it is best suited to homes in good condition. Your survey can assist you in making an informed decision on the property purchase, preparing you for any maintenance or repairs required.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The level 3 survey, previously called a Building Survey, is recommended for older homes, those in poor condition or unconventional properties. Homes which have undergone a large amount of work or have an extension would also benefit from this survey. You will receive a detailed report on the property, in addition to professional advice regarding repairs and the condition of the home.
