With over 25 years of experience in the industry, I understand how stressful moving home can be and aim to make the home survey process as easy and stress-free as possible. I believe that every property buyer should have the right information to be able to make an informed decision before committing to the biggest purchase of their life.
I offer both RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3, both with a very quick turnaround of 1-2 working days between the inspection of the property and sending your report. I can also provide snagging surveys.

Fantastic Service and communication from Nick
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Formerly called the Homebuyers Survey, this survey is suitable for many homes, particularly those in good condition and built of conventional materials and methods.
Your report will give an overview of the condition of the property and highlight any problems, concerns and any work which will need to be undertaken on the home. This can allow you to make an informed decision on the property purchase and budget for any work required.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 survey is a more in-depth look at the property and the condition it is in. Formerly known as a Building Survey, this is recommended for older homes, properties in poor condition or homes made on unconventional materials and methods or is unusual in any way.
Your report will include a thorough inspection of the home, highlighting where work is required and any potential concerns which need to be addressed. I am happy discuss any queries or questions you may have before and after the inspection.
Snagging Survey
The most suitable survey for a new-build home, the snagging survey can highlight issues with a home before your move in or even before construction is completed. This is designed to catch any flaws or issues that can then be fixed by the contractor.
