More InformationRICS Home Survey Level 2
We are proud to offer a RICS Home Survey Level 2 (previously called a homebuyers survey) at Mason Wright Associates when the property you are buying is a modern home, built no longer than 80-100 years old, a new build home, a new home in good condition and a home that hasn't had any renovation or building work carried out.
We will assess the condition of the property by searching for any hidden defects or damages that are in the property. By having a RICS Home Survey Level 2, you will save money if we find anything that needs repairing before you commit to buying the house.
Your report will be carried out by a RICS regulated chartered surveyor who has years of experience in carrying out surveys.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If the property you’re buying is an old house or listed building that either has had or plans to have major reconstruction work carried out, then you will need a RICS Home Survey Level 3 from Mason Wright Associates building surveyors. It's important to note that this survey type was previously known as the Building Survey.
Our Level 3 Home Survey is the most in-depth and thorough survey that there is. A RICS regulated chartered surveyor will carry out an assessment on the interior and exterior of the property, searching for any structural damage. We will examine the overall condition of the property.
