You will need our RICS Home Survey Level 2 when you’re buying a modern property under 100 years old that is still in good condition. One of our fully qualified and regulated RICS chartered surveyors will undertake an in-depth survey of the property for you.

RICS Home Survey Level 3
If the house you’re buying is an old house or a listed building that has had major reconstruction or extension work carried out, then you will need a RICS Home Survey Level 3. We will then carry out a full structural survey. The building survey is the most comprehensive survey we offer as it is designed for older properties that were constructed using unusual materials.
We will thoroughly examine the property’s structure and condition, looking under floorboards and behind furniture for hidden damage and defects. By having a building survey, you will save lots of money as you will be made aware of any damage or potential future damage in the house.
