RICS Level 3 Home Survey
RICS Level 3 Home Survey, also known as a Building Survey, is the most comprehensive survey. Best suited for older properties and homes with non-standard construction, this survey includes a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. This includes areas that may be difficult to access. Your surveyor will then write up a detailed report. Any issues that are found will include advice on repairs such as estimated costs.
