RICS Home Survey Level 2
We are proud to offer a RICS Home Survey Level 2 to help you find any damage in the house you plan to buy. You will need the Level 2 survey if you are buying a house that is a conventional property with no obvious damage.
We will thoroughly assess the condition of the property, highlighting any areas of concern by spotting problems before they get much worse. This can help you save money in the long run, allowing you to negotiate your original offer on the house to cover repair bills.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If the property you’re buying is an old building in poor condition and you plan to carry out renovation work, you will need Searle Building Surveyors to carry out our RICS Home Survey Level 3. Our highly experienced and fully trained surveyor will undergo an in-depth assessment of the structure and condition of the property.
We go the extra mile to ensure you know every detail of the survey and its results. We create the report using clear and plain English, avoiding any jargon terms.
