Review:Rob was extremely helpful from the offset. We opted for a level 3 buildings report which was received within eight days of the survey taking place. The report itself was very detailed and included drone images of any hard to see areas. Id highly recommend Silverfox Building Surveys and will definitely be using the company again.

The RICS Home Survey Level 2, formerly known as the Homebuyer Report, is the most common survey and is suitable for most property types. Best suited for properties built less than 80 years ago and for properties that remain in a good condition, the Home Survey Level 2 will offer a detailed assessment of the property you plan to buy.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most in-depth survey available and is suited for older properties or those that were built using uncommon materials. If you plan or the property has had major renovation work done, then a Level 3 survey is the best option. It will reveal any hidden damage or defects the property has, saving you money in the long run.
