RICS Home Survey Level 2
A report focused on the major potential defects – the condition of the inside and outside of the roof, if there are signs of structural issues and if there are high damp readings.
Formerly called a Homebuyers Survey, this survey is suitable for traditionally constructed properties with limited extensions built in the last approximately 100 years.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Previously known as a building survey, this survey is a more in-depth and detailed report into the condition of your new home. It will identify the building materials used in the construction of the property and comment on the likely maintenance and repair required in the future.
This is suitable for more complex, non traditionally constructed properties with more than one extension built over approximately 100 years.
Valuation Report
We have RICS registered valuers who can undertake probate, help to buy, shared ownership and a wide variety of home valuations.
Snagging Survey
We also offer snagging surveys for buyers purchasing a new-build home. This is an essential part of the buying process if your new home is still under construction or newly built. Our surveyors will review the home, and highlight any concerns that the contractor can then rectify.
Party Wall Survey
If you have found yourself in a discussion or dispute over work on a Party Wall, a surveyor can help find a solution with your neighbour via a Party Wall Agreement. The Agreement outlines proposed works, condition of the properties, obligations to neighbours and who is liable for the costs.
