RICS Home Survey Level 2
Our RICS Home Survey Level 2, previously known as the HomeBuyer Report, will offer a detailed inspection and a straightforward report that will highlight any defects in the property. The report uses a traffic light system to grade individual elements of the home and highlight areas of concern. This type of survey is what we recommend for the majority of properties, especially those under 50 years old and of standard construction.
Our reports provide the prospective purchaser with many important details on the condition of the home. We will give you as much information as possible, making sure you are aware of any potential issues when making one of the most important purchases of your lifetime. RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most detailed property survey available to homeowners. It was once known as a structural survey and includes a thorough inspection by an RICS Chartered Surveyor. It’s typically recommended for older properties, those of non-standard construction or those that have had significant levels of alteration over the years.
Our expert and experienced surveyors will strive to give you a detailed assessment of the property's condition, describing the identifiable risk of potential hidden defects. The report will give you vital information that may not be immediately obvious on your first few viewings.
