RICS Home Survey Level 2
Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 are ideal for properties which are conventional in construction and type and in good to reasonable condition.
The survey will review the condition of the property and provide an assessment of any defects which will require attention. We aim to provide our Home Survey Level 2 within 24 hours of inspection.
Our concise survey reports are easy to understand and will enable you to make a reasoned judgement on the property prior to purchase.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A RICS Home Survey Level 3, is a more detailed report and is suitable for older homes, homes with various extensions or properties of unconventional construction.
The report will provide a description of visible defects and potential problems and outline any repairs needed or action required prior to commitment to purchase. It will also include details of any further specialist reports that are recommended. All safely accessible parts of the property, pertinent outbuildings and grounds will be inspected.
The report, which will include a schedule of photographs of problem areas, will also list any risks or dangerous conditions and any work that will be needed in the future.
Valuations
In addition to our surveys, we also offer valuations. Our valuation reports provide a summary of the property, its construction and condition. It will also include a valuation for rental or capital purposes.
Our valuation reports are provided in accordance with current RICS guidance and suitable for any property. This includes Purchase, Buy to Let and Help to Buy valuations where a valuation is required to provide an opinion of market value or rental value.
