Really really pleased to have been put in touch with this company. Andrew was exceptionally professional at all times and provided a very straight forward, good value for money service. All communications were very prompt and the report was returned to us very quickly. It was clear to read and understand. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any similar needs. Thank you
Home Buyer Reports
Our RICS Home Buyer Reports are ideal for properties which are conventional in construction and type and in good to reasonable condition.
The survey will review the condition of the property and provide an assessment of any defects which will require attention. We aim to provide our HomeBuyer Report within 24 hours of inspection.
Our concise Home Buyer reports are easy to understand and will enable you to make a reasoned judgement on the property prior to purchase.
Building Surveys
A Building Survey, also known as a Structural Survey, is a more detailed report and is suitable for older homes, homes with various extensions or properties of unconventional construction.
The Building Survey report will provide a description of visible defects and potential problems and outline any repairs needed or action required prior to commitment to purchase. It will also include details of any further specialist reports that are recommended. All safely accessible parts of the property, pertinent outbuildings and grounds will be inspected.
The report, which will include a schedule of photographs of problem areas, will also list any risks or dangerous conditions and any work that will be needed in the future.
