Review:Dreadful service from start to finish. My bill jumped up 700 from what I was estimated which I complained about (Id have went with another company had I been quoted what I was actually charged) I still paid the bill but was then threatened by Nero Legal that they wouldnt be able to complete the transaction (despite everything being order and them having received payment for their services) because of my complaint so I had to withdraw my complaint to ensure conclusion of services Id paid them for. Person who was dealing with my case (probably a paralegal)was also quite aggressive on phone and told me that as Id now withdrawn my complaint shed check with partner to see if they could conclude now. In the end it was concluded by following day.I was told the cost jumped up because the solicitor had very little information which was a complete falsehood, I provided her with all information at the beginning and relating to the transaction. I was never advised of any additional costs either. I would note that at one point I repeatedly had to advise that I was already in the property I was purchasing which they seemed to struggle to remember despite being told this from the outset.
