Moving house is known to be stressful, but John couldnt have made our day any better despite the circumstances that it started with (a broken lock). Communication is king, I never felt in the dark around what was happening and that was so reassuring, and come moving day I was already aware of what was happening at every stage. Myself and my partner moved from Newcastle to roughly one hour away, and moved a two bed + garage house. John was so efficient in his time in moving stuff from the house to the truck whilst taking the utmost care that everything was protected. I cant thank him and his son enough for this, and this was even more evident when we landed at the new house and they put everything in the appropriate room despite saying we would just sort it ourselves - huge thank you! I cant recommend them enough, they are so hard to fault. The time, care, price and communication were everything we needed on such a big day. Awesome Logistics were fantastic for our house move from a 2 bed flat into a 3 bed house in December. Everything was transported safely and packed up well to make sure our belongings got there safely. Even when our completion was delayed, John & team were able to move very quickly to get the whole van unpacked and in the right place so we were able to go from getting the keys to having a sit down with a cuppa in less than 2 hours! They were really helpful (even coming back later to return some stray screws!) and super smiley making what was a long and tiring day go as smooth as possible. Very friendly and willing to help wirh any problems

- arrived An hour late - Friendly to start with but became tense/annoyed/silent as the day went on- Complained a lot about the different sized boxes wed used - Paid extra for bed to be dismantled and reassembled but my husband ended up doing that. - Told on booking van is ours for the day and that multiple trips were fine. Told on the day multiple trips would cost extra- got paint on the settee then blamed us because they didnt know there was paint in the box (we didnt either as you cant remember what goes into each individual box)- Didnt move everything I had to go back and get the garden items which took me several hours in our small car. - Quote was based on approximate items and we ended up with more - I warned them about that in advance and they said extra items wont be an issue. On the day they wanted to charge for extra items. - Moved everything extremely slowly - Overall added a lot more stress to the day- I think this company would be better suited to small moves rather than whole house moves Read more
