Excellent service. Great communication and survey was emailed within two days of inspection. The survey produced was detailed and informative
Really quick turnaround, although communication could have been better. Would have liked a hard copy of the report but delivered quickly following the survey.
Survey is sent by email, presume to save on postage, and to reach the client sooner rather than later, however the copy I received was totally blank of any Surveyors input, a short phone call to their office resolved the issue, and a completed Survey was sent out.
Would have liked to have seen more photos added, especially of areas deemed defective.
At Bartley West Limited, we are proud to offer a rics homebuyer report around Southampton, Guildford, Reading and Bournemouth. All homebuyer reports will be carried out by a MRICS chartered surveyor who has a broad knowledge of the surveying industry.
Our homebuyer report is suited for properties that are in good condition and haven’t had extension or structural work carried out. We will assess the property’s structural, interior and exterior condition, searching for any hidden damage.
During a homebuyer report we usually find issues such as damp, subsidence and rot. We will document our findings and present them in a clear report, explaining any issues you’re not familiar with. We can offer our expert opinion and advice if required.
We will provide your property with a condition rating of 1, 2 or 3 with 1 meaning everything looks good and a 3 being major cause for concern.
