I've moved several times in my adult life and this was hands down the worst moving experience ever!DO NOT USE DANIEL ADAMS!They quoted me for two runs, then sent an under sized van, that was not able to complete the work in the quoted runs. Thereby they were able to claim to have delivered what was quoted, even though they left the job unfinished!!They arrived late and did not complete the house move on the day. I was left having to move a garage on my own with another company as Daniel Adams wanted to charge me full price to complete the last run.At 19:00 they left me crying in my new house!! Claimed the work would be completed the following day, which turned out to be a lie.I never received so much as an apology from them and their response time to queries was terrible. Read more

We moved 300 miles they were very good very polite and no damages very happy would recommend them.

Removals was as per instructed and move was on time

Arrived on time and got to work straight away. Friendly and helpful. Unpacked at the other end and everything was placed in the right rooms. Couldnt fault them at all. It was a hot day when we moved so i can imagine it was all the more difficult to lift and carry but you couldnt tell. Highly recommended! Read more

Was a terrible experience. They didnt properly wrap any of my furniture, they just chucked it in the back of a truck with nothing to protect it. When offloading there was not one item that was not damaged. When I pointed it out to them they got very aggressive and defensive. Lodged a complaint and a week later they didnt not even acknowledge the complaint, nothing will probably happen. Read more

The team from Daniel Adams were polite, hardworking and really helpful on our move day. They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience into a very smooth transition, thank you!

Communication and team were great.Only negative was that as the moving day went on the team gradually became less careful with items: a bathroom was missed, breakables were put in boxes with no protection, some items were left behindetc. its a pity because the team were very friendly and amicable Read more

It all went well and the two men and Luke were brilliant. We had an antique table worth a lot of money and they handled it with kid gloves along with all the other furniture. The downside was the size of the van so the actual removal took four trips fortunately it was only 16 mile round trip.

Great service, smooth move from start to finish.

Very efficient service. In view of limited access because of overhanging trees at the loading point. they supplied 3 Luton box vans and 3 men. They were most courteous, packed carefully and placed everything at the other end accurately according to our wishes. It was a faultless move. I was particularly impressed with the quote system. Unlike other firms a price was given including VAT and included as many packing boxes as we wanted. With two days to go, it was clear I had underestimated the number required and the boss came round with extra supplies that same day, at no extra charge.

Very friendly and efficient when loading and unloading. Nothing too much trouble. The only thing lacking was flooring protectors. We provided stair cover but would have liked the flooring downstairs covered - especially as a wet day. Luckily we had wood flooring. But it was a minor issue. The men were very accommodating. From the quote to the move the process worked well. On the day the team were respectful, hardworking and organised. The use of smaller vans worked very well for the restricted access at our new address. The cost wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. We won't be moving again any time soon, but if we were then Daniel Adams would be an automatic choice. Read more
