Review:Very disappointed, unprofessional service, and never believed the estimated time on their quote. Because the unprofessional crew has been sent, you are the only one who will suffer the costs of the additional working hours.It's ludicrous that their crew said the furniture was too heavy and refused to take it upstairs. It's a wardrobe, and the crew convinced me to keep it in my living or dining room.

Good afternoon May, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your move. Usually our customers are very happy with our services. I have spoken with the team who serviced your move and I also remember them calling on the day to inform me of the problem. The issue with the wardrobe was that it was an extremely heavy wardrobe, and would have either required an extra man to take it upstairs, or it would have needed to be disassembled. You informed us that you did not require any disassembling services, and so, we did not send a joiner out to assist with your move. It was unfortunate that your wardrobe was left down stairs but due to health and safety, it was not possible for the team to take it upstairs. Best wishes, Jade.
