    Terrible service, They brought a 2 man team for a 4 bedroom house move. And worked until 1am. Never using them again or recommending them to anyone. The whole experience was difficult for me and my family.

    Hi Ali,The above is completely inaccurate. We have emails and texts from your partner which state that you only required 2 people as you were doing the move yourself with a family member who has a van, on that basis we agreed a price that was around 50% less than a typical 4 bedroom move. It was clearly stated by your partner and yourself that most of the furniture will be moved by you and your family members with your OWN van. Had you booked a full removal service we would have sent 3 or 4 me, this is not what you requested or booked so please revisit the conversations as your review is completely inaccurate and unfair. The move also took longer because the team arrived after midday, due to the short notice you gave us we had to squeeze you in to our schedule as a favour. We did explain this to you as well, and i did explain this will take at minimum 8 hours due to the amount of disassembling involved.We are sorry to hear you are disappointed, however your recollection of events is inaccurate and we have an audit trail of conversations which prove that the service you requested is what you received.

    They're friendly and really took good care of the goods when moving. Some of the items were really heavy and big but they managed to get everything out and fit into the van without any damage or scratch. The driving was smooth (from North East London to South West London). Think they're slightly late when arriving but that's probably due to traffic and it's not a big deal for us. In the end, we're quite satisfied with the service and would use again and recommend them to others.

    My gratitude to the boys from GE Logistics who helped me moving the home. Especially, lifting piano to second floor was really challenging, but these boy worked so hard with their great strength and teamwork to make through the tricky stairs. Good job!

    Wouldnt use or recommend again. The van was not big enough it took two trips to complete and empty house for sale moved. Extra charges for waiting time, extra charge if they had to use an electric screwdriver to dismantle anything. Extremely slow and had to help them move the final load finishing at 7pm. Item damaged.

    It appears you have missed out some key bits of information. 1) Van size- we told you what van we were sending, you agreed. The two trips made did not effect the price as you paid a flat fee and not hourly. 2) Waiting charges- this is a standard practice, if our staff members are left waiting around this effects their day and jobs planned, it also results in them having to work later. As a gesture of goodwill we agreed to wait upto an hour at no extra cost. The wait time was 1 hour and 40 minutes. 3) Damages-the movers advised your partner that this item is likely to get damaged as it was too big to fit through the door, they were pressured to move this eventhough they advised against it. The sofa was not in a good condition, the pictures sent highlighted this therefore it was hard to determine which damage the movers actually caused. You failed to mention the £50 we refunded to you as an act of kindness and goodwill. 4) Dismantling charges- again this adds to the length of time a job takes, as you paid a flat fee for the move and failed to mention dismantling needs, obviously an extra charge for dismantling will be applied.
