Not very friendly or pleasant people. Hardly spoke to me, except to tell me what they wouldnt be able to do and offered no solutions to any issues. Left me feeling like I was putting them out by paying them to help me move! Charged me a lot for waiting time and left without even saying goodbye. Incredibly professional, tidy, quick and experienced team.

The removal men were hardworking and friendly . Was very satisfied apart from one thing. They tried to get a sofa inside and said it would not go and left it outside. After they had gone my son and I got it inside quickly and without difficulty ! We would have ended up having to buy another sofa if we had taken their word! Still, generally the removals went fine. Customer service was excellent. Video survey was straight forward and had the quote through the same day. I spoke to the office to ask advice on packing, and they were clear and helpful. Most of all, the positive and hard-working attitude and of the removal men on the day helped make the day a lot less stressful.

Arrived within 5 mins of the agreed start time. Removal guys worked really hard and had the house packed up in just an hour and a half. We had a long 4 hour wait for keys, but the removal guys were patient and even helped calm my worry! We were charged extra for waiting time - this was all set out clearly in the T&Cs and came as no surprise. Once we had keys they wasted no time in getting us moved in as quickly as possible.
