Review:The response to organise the survey was done very quickly with someone responding to me at midnight and updated the appointment following my request to change it to a video call.The conversation with the surveyor was very seamless and really helpful to explain everything we wanted to cover and doing this on the phone was idealHowever getting the quote took a longer than expected. But we were still happy to proceed with the company as the rate was goodMoving day - movers came on time and were VERY fast! We had packed up most of the boxes. We got it all done under 6 hours which is what the quote was for but we helped with the moving too. The movers did majority of the heavy lifting thought. They had their own tools for disassembly. They literally picked up anything and everything and moved. They packed everything up quite quickly and well. Though I had mild concern they were a bit too quick with how they handled somethings but overall nothing looked like it was broken so they knew what they were doing. Everything was taken to storage and didn't see anything break.
