The team of movers were polite and hardworking. They arrived on time too. The price was high though and lots of add-ons.

The removal men were quick, efficient and polite. There were road works outside our new house but the removal men went out of their way to find a way round. We couldnt fault their work.

Really helpful, everything went smoothly with a great packing service - took a lot of stress out of the day

After balancing the risk of vehicle hire and moving ourselves we entered the minefield of removal companies; after calling the usual suspects, what a refreshing change to deal with a local company that actually take care and listen to your needs.
From day 1 from the initial enquiry, Joel and the team were keen to ensure that they could meet our requirements, this commenced with meeting an appointment survey time that met with our own busy requirements, followed by a clear and concise all inclusive quotation.
On the house move day, the team were again on time, efficient, communicative and caring in handling all possessions for transportation.
On the move, the good old solicitors/ banks had usual delays of money transfer which resulted in an 1-2hr delay on accessing the property. The team again were patient and understanding and refreshingly true to an all inclusive quotation, no hidden additional costs got added when the move was completed (unlike other companies buried within their quotes!!)
Would I use Move My Stuff again & recommend? absolutely, perfect service, great friendly team - assisting to reduce the stress on the big house move day.

Value for money - excellent, in comparison with other local providers.
On the Day - I was asked to fill the clothing hangers myself when I was originally informed that this would be done by the removal men, when I could have been getting on with other things. Three medium vans arrived, may have been better with larger vehicles however, the four removal men were cheerful and helpful - which really helped allay the stress of the house move. Left my old house in a mess. Left garden furniture behind despite my instruction to bring everything from the garden. Wanted to charge me extra for disassembly despite it being in my agreement.

Very helpful and gave good advice before the day. We had lots of heavy items including woodworking machines but the lads never complained and made the day go perfectly . No complaints.

Move my Stuff gave me a quote that represented excellent value for money, and was much lower than I'd been quoted by other firms. I was a bit sceptical, but thought I would give them a go, and I'm so glad I did! The moving day process was incredibly smooth and the team were great. I moved on one of the hottest days of the year (28 degrees!) and the guys were polite, friendly and helpful from beginning to end, even when carting my heavy boxes of books around. They also secured and protected all my furniture and breakable items to make sure they weren't damaged during the move. The man who gave us a quote was very professional and personal and we felt assured that the service being offered would be the same. The crew who came to do the removal was also very friendly, but some of the packing was haphazard. Nothing was broken, but lots of very heavy boxes ( big boxes with books and then other things, rather than smaller more manageable dedicated book boxes- this meant it was hard for us to move things around in our new house). One table was scratched when trying to move it but MoveMyStuff gave us a small compensation for this and we were happy with the speed in which they dealt with this. Read more
