Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and quick to answer my questions. Their price was fair and matched or beat what other firms had been offering. Everything was handled with proper care and the mover on the day took notice of fragile warnings written on boxes.I decided to go with them after doing a brief video call to show what Id need moving - they were so pleasant and positive that I felt reassured and it took a lot of the stress away! Move with Hart were amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for them. They took special care of antiques, took care of the properties and were polite and courteous. After a three hour journey and a four hour wait for keys they were still smiling. They did not start the journey back to Glasgow until eight oclock at night and had to go to work again the next day. Excellent. Can highly recommend .

They were polite, punctual and flexible, which was great. However since unpacking Ive noticed that a couple of items were damaged during the move, including a 55 tv, which I now need to replace at my own cost. So a very expensive move in the end. Disappointingly, they became unresponsive once I mentioned the damaged items. Read more

Hart removals were brilliant, they removed the stress from what can be a very trying time. Nothing was any bother. I had to inform them at the last minute that my house change was off and could they take my furniture straight in to storage. No worries. The 2 guys were quick as in not wasting time, taking great care of our items and communicating very well with us as to where we wanted things. Very polite guys. We paid an hourly rate as we only needed them to move things out of our storage and mainly into our garage with a few heavy bits into the house. Price was definitely competitive. Godsend on moving day !!!! Five star service

Move with Hart were brilliant - I had a totally stress free day and the guys doing the move were great, super friendly, and went above and beyond! The whole team, from the quote, to figuring out the logistics on the day, was excellent. Everything arrived safe and well, communications before and on the day was great, and the price was really reasonable and included the dismantling and rebuilding of beds, which was a huge bonus as other companies charged extra for this. Also provided us with free boxes and tapes before the move so we didn't have to fork out for that, no extra charge for moving on a weekend and the price was incredible considering we were moving from a third floor to another third floor. Can't fault them and would definitely use them again! Read more
