Review:They insisted on payment the day before the move. Moving day was extremely stressful as they sent 2 guys who were unfit to move the stuff, who turned up 2 hours late. They moved less than half my stuff (mostly just the boxes and 2 beds), worked as slowly as possible, and then left with only half the job done. The company refused to send anyone else after that to move the rest of my stuff (despite already having been paid). I had to hire another company at a high cost to finish the job.Since then I have sent numerous e-mail asking for a part refund (for the work not done) and also for compensation for a broken marble worktop. I have received no replies.
