This company contacting you and speak nicely if you do not have complains. But when I asked the compensation for missed big wall mirror and and damaged washing machine, Mr Adam disappeared. This company even using the post box for the address to contact them. They know how to advertise and take the money but they know also how to hide from responsibility and the court actions. We have been waiting for compensation since our move in September where the removal men ripped out the cables on our lazy boy sofa, scratched the TV and lost screws for the PC Monitor, they will stop answering calls and emails even though Adam has admitted that there were failings and the insurance company has so called been told.. no contact for months.. The company was very responsive, especially to a couple of changes in details. The removal men were friendly and very efficient and the loading and unloading went very smoothly.

Communication from ADAM was shocking, I had to constantly ring to get an update on the tale of woe on why there were late. On booking I was told a three man team were needed for the move - three men did turn up but one man (ADAM) literally did not lift a finger to help, even though they were more than four hours late so was pressure to get out of the property. He merely sat in the van (with the engine running) whilst Aaron and Noel (who were brilliant) did the work. Had to leave some goods behind as there wasn't enough room in the van. As a health and safety professional I was shocked also at the lack of tools and basic PPE. As I say, I cannot praise Aaron and Noel enough, they worked like trojans but clearly not trained in the art of getting furniture up stairs.I am astounded at the positive feedback for Adam as the Adam that turned up for my move was useless, didn't get out of the van at the other end to help even though it was nearing 9pm when they finally arrived. I had to tell the boys to get him to switch the engine.I'm in, nothing broken or damaged but.... really shouldn't be able to sell themselves as a removal Co. Read more

Items broken and LEFT BEHIND - no response from Parkway! I used Parkway to move me from Bicester to Faringdon in October.Items have been broken (electric bathroom mirror) damaged in transit (2 x shoe racks) and the property damaged during the removals (broken spindles on the stairs).I had to return to the property the following day and was aghast to realise that I needed two subsequent trips to collect a number of items that had been left behind (mirrors, kettle, mats, dustbins, pots, rugs, garden equipment). It was just as well I wasn't part of a chain as this would have been very awkward!I have complained weekly since the move and had no response. I am therefore having to resort to small claims court. Terrible company, do not use. Had to put one star. Did nearly 10,000 damage to our property, admitted liability verbally and on email, promised to pay for repairs, again both verbally and on email. Did not pay and stopped answering calls, which has resulted in a court case Read more

They were great, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, moving in day went very smoothly.They also put the furniture in the rooms I asked them to leave them in, saving me alot of moving around.Would recommend. Read more

After receiving quotes from different remival companies i decided to go with Parkway removals. Their price was the lowest compared to the other companies but even then Adam agreed to discount on the original quote. My first reason for going with Park Removals were the excellent reviews. The team arrived on time, very professional and polite. They were very careful with our stuff and always asked questions where they were not sure.On arrival at the new property they placed everything in the appropriate room under my guidance, and everything was neatly packed. The team were responsive and helpful throughout, however they werent very careful packing my things and several things were damaged as a result. Further, there was a leak in the van meaning my boxes got wet and I needed to unpack them all immediately to stop further damage. They damaged walls moving furniture and scratched the furniture itself in some cases. However, they were by far the cheapest option so I guess you get what you pay for. Read more

A million percent that I would recommend Parkway Removals. A fantastic removals company who took all my worries away when they moved my daughter from Bedford to Kent. From the very start, dealing with Adam who was friendly, polite, courteous and professional. He took all the worries away and kept me informed every step of the way. He also gave me a call during the removal and at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The tow pairs of removal men who came were awesome. The first pair, Ola and partner were happy, polite, friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. The second pair, Shahzad and Tariq were amazing. They disassembled and reassembled the bed, and were very careful and methodical with everything.Thank you so much everyone at Parkway Removals.
