Absolutely amazing is the only way to describe the team. They were efficient, helpful and friendly. We had a difficult move (parking, location etc) and the took away the stress. Quick Trip were overall very good for our move (a 4 bed house moving from London to Gloucestershire). The team were extremely efficient and quick in packing up our house, including dismantling a bunk bed and 2 other beds, and then unloading and reassembling in the new location, and remained cheerful throughout. I didn't give 5 stars overall due to a couple of small things. Firstly, they agreed to price match a lower quote I received but then on the packing day asked for more money which made things a bit awkward. Also the packers packed an antique clock upside down and it now needs to be repaired. I had forgotten to point this out to them but I would have expected them to notice this was delicate and pack it right way up. They did however successfully pack my piano and move it without any damage (or to any other furniture) so I would definitely recommend them to others. Read more

They seemed professional in terms of the move as such and the logistics. However, they added extra cost for wrapping the furtniture which they suggested during the move. I think that this should have been brought up prior to the move, as it led to unexpected cost. They were also quite pushy about leaving a 5 star review on Google, which he dictated standing next to me. Under normal circumstances, I would have pushed back on this type of behaviour, but I was very stressed as most people are during moving home. Quick Trip were brilliant. They arrived early and worked hard for the entire day. They were very polite and helpful. Plus reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

Terrible company. Showed up late to pack blaming parking issues which I had told them about. Then showed up late again on moving day with no apology, a higher bill (for packing materials I had asked for in the quote) and revised terms and conditions which essentially would have let them off the hook for their terrible service. Their packing was very disorganised and mixed disimilar things in the boxes. Some boxes were also mislabeled. It was stressful having to find another mover on moving day. Very helpful service provided and very efficient

Although I had more items than I'd originally thought, my belongings didn't weigh a huge amount. The driver added A?25 to my original quote as a result of me having a few more bags. He wasn't able-bodied for the job and I had to ferry the vast majority of my stuff up to my new room. So I paid circa A?85 to be driven 10 minutes and do most of the heavy lifting myself. Not ideal.
