    So helpful and friendly, we were a bit of a pain to move, from the first floor of a house with tricky access, to a little terrace, with a 12 hour round trip driving for the lads.Special shout out to Tony who did all the driving but also went above and beyond to be helpful. Lovely crew and an excellent company.

    Can not recommend this company high enough. From the first communication they listened to my needs and put a plan in action to meet those needs. I had a two date two different location drop. It could not have been easier to arrange. The Administration staff kept me informed and were always at end of ohone. I had the same crew on each date who could not have been more friendly helpful and professional Steve and Dave. I had a particularly awkward sofa bed which had to be dismantled and put back together which they dealt with humour and expertise. Thank you relocate you made a sressful time easier to cope with . The price was also very good.

    Relocate removals was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and everything they done was completed with care. The day was a difficult day however the manager, office staff and the guys on the day was first class.

    We paid for a two day move, but, on the day, the team insisted completing in one day, so we had to rearrange work to cater for them. To rush the job, they wanted to move all of our belongings into the garage of our new house rather than into designated rooms, and they argued when we told them no. Several items of furniture were damaged, and the process for making a claim is very time-consuming (you have to send photos and quotes for repair by post). Our bannister was damaged as witnessed by my husband, but the team denied this and claimed it was damaged before the move. Team were rude on the day - rolling their eyes and tutting when we were checking the house prior to signing the forms (because they wanted to get going quickly). Team arrived with no tools so had to borrow ours (which had to be unpacked), and they refused to move items to the garden shed as they had not brought floor covers with them. They are very persistent in demanding all money before completing the job but mysteriously difficult to get hold of when you want to complain. All in all, they made the process of moving very difficult, and I would recommend you steer well clear! read less

    I would definitely recommend this company. The men were helpful and courteous and efficient. It was an awful rainy day and they covered the floor so nothing got dirty. The only issue I had was that a couple of the hanging clothes must have fallen out and were dirty, though I do not think it merits a down grade of the score.Thank you Relocate Removals

    The company managed to find another van and team for me as they were fully booked but wanted to help me. I did, however, pay A?1k more than my usual removal company who were fully booked. On the day the men were lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was doable. They managed to break my tv somehow though. I was under the impression that this would go through insurance and be all sorted. Apparently they can't help me as I missed filling in a box on a form. Which, if it was that important, they should have pointed out to me surely? I'm now left having paid out more money for a company who have broken my belongings and I'm now having to pay for those on top of a new house. After being promised a stress free move, it's anything but. The men on the day were incredibly sorry. But the customer service afterwards has been awful. Even trying to get an update of where my claim was took me days of chasing. If you use this company, just ensure you have money to replace things afterwards or don't care about your things. Two weeks later, I'm still without a tv.

We did our utmost to facilitate your move, in very busy times and had to incur additional charges, as a result.Were delighted that you were pleased with the hard work and professionalism of your team, but unfortunately on rare occasions, damages can occur, despite our best efforts. When you reported the damage, we promptly sent all of the relevant information to our insurance company. They reported to us that you had not completed the box on your contract, asking for the value of your goods.As stated both on your signed quotation form and our terms & conditions if you do not declare a value of your goods then our liability will be limited to A?A?50 an itemA?.With regret, we had to inform you, that as you omitted this information, our insurance company was unable to process your claim, as with any policy a small an excess payment is taken which would counteract the maximum A?A?50 payment.Again we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you and we wish you the best of luck in your new home.

    It was a very stressful day as exchanged and completed on same day . Hence didna??t get keys til 4:30pm - this is not unusual . However the owner rang me numerous times asking how much longer I would be and saying Iif I didna??t arrive by 4:30 he would drive off the job . I would have to pay for storage for 5 days and then removals costs again for 6 days time !
    The five removals guys were very good and with my sons help offloaded in about an hour . The next morning I was bombarded with text , WhatsApp , email and calls saying I must contact company immediately to pay waiting time - A?20 per man per hour - charged me an additional A?240 !! Small print says they will charge for a??unnecessary waiting time a?? . Effectively they charged me from 2pm !! I didna??t exchange til 2::30 and I kept the office and removal guys informed the whole time .
    I also tipped them A?50!
    The owner made my day even more stressful than it had to be .
    I would never recommend this company !!! I paid for a job to be done not an hourly rate . Disgusted by the way I was treated and additional costs.

    We had our house move by your team on Thursday the 6th of August. There were a few bumps in the road with the sofa, as the carrying of it created an argument between two removal men and one left the job and we had to wait for another driver to arrive to continue the move. The sofa did make it to our new house with a few minor scuffs.

    However, we encountered damage tonight when attempting to plug the sofa in and use it. It is a power reclining sofa that is in two pieces. When the sofa was put together here at our new house a power cord was trapped between the two metal latches which damaged it and it cannot be used.

    The removal company at first denied they had to take care of the damage, saying their terms and conditions did not allow it. The customer service was rude and demeaning. I'm now awaiting a response from their insurance company.

    We are sorry that your experienced problems with your move, it is very unusual for us to received a negative review as we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control a member of the removal team assigned to you, did not behave in the manor that is expected, his employment with us has since been terminated. When the issue was reported to our office team, the said member of staff was promptly removed from your job and a new team member was sent to you, within the hour.It is with regret that a small lead that attaches to your sofa was damaged when being reassembled. When you first reported the damage to us we explained that, as with most insurance policies, ours has a small excess fee in place and your initial amount claimed fell below this excess and was unable to be processed. You have since provided us with a revised, higher, cost, which now sits over the excess amount, this has now promptly been sent to our insurance company, who are now in contact with you to process the claim.We are sorry that you experienced some issues with your removal, all of which we rectified in a timely and efficient manor, but again we apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you. We wish you every happiness in your new home.

    Really professional and friendly staff. They packed really carefully. One of the movers gave a suggestion about how to place furniture in the new house when I was panicking, and he was right!
    There was one hitch on the day - nothing to do with the removers, and they made no fuss, they handled it with equanimity.

    Would not recommend them. Crew started arguing with each other on the job. Broke several items of sentimental value. Scratched several pieces of new furniture. They were a nightmare. Please for the sake of your sanity do not use this company.

    Started earlier than expected in a van way too large.
    They quickly packed my stuff on the van, which was a little unnerving, but they were careful with my belongings.
    They were booked to dismantle the wardrobe, but did not bring any tools.
    Unpacking at the new address was swift and again the 3 guys took care of my belongings and ensured no damage to walls, paintwork, carpets etc.
    Very pleasant, professional and polite removal men.

    Our moving crew were friendly and amiable but were obviously on a job and knock mission. Everything was 200 miles an hour.
    My biggest complaint about them is that having dismantled the beds to convey to our new home, they used the fewest possible screws etc when reassembling them!! I now have to source replacements as they took the screws etc with them.

    Relocate reacted amazingly quickly. We had to change company at the last minute - we only phoned them 18/11 am, they surveyed at midday, we exchanged 15.30 and they were loading by 9.30 19/11. Completed 20/11 and all installed by 15.30 - only 48 hours after giving them the go ahead for a large 5 bedroom plus move!

    Amazing service from start to finish! The price was very competitive. No hidden costs, no silly ad ons. The ladies on the phone were patient and answered all my questions perfectly. The guy that came and did the initial quote was quick, personable and so helpful.
    The movers themselves were kind, respectful and light hearted which made a very stressful move for us (I have two children under 2) so much easier.
    I could not fault them. Please use these guys! Recommend 100%!!!!

    Everyone very pleasant and they did a good job of packing up the old house but we felt that they could have worked a longer day instead of 09.00 - 14.00 to make moving day easier. We ended up late leaving and the new owners were bringing stuff in whilst I was still trying to clean up! Once at the other end the boxes were taken off the van and out into the new house in a very haphazard fashion and beds set up without any consultation so I am still moving boxes into the correct rooms over a week later. There was also a breakage which shouldn't have happened if they had two people moving glass doors instead of one and we are now left with the job of moving the glass somehow and unable to build the wardrobes. All of this could have been avoided if they had not been in such a rush.
