Excellent service from beginning to end. I really liked their approach of not bombarding you with phone calls from the moment I went on to Compare My Move (unlike other companies who called even before I'd created a password for the site). The booking process and virtual consultation was really easy and unfussy and Dave's quote was highly competitive. All the team worked really well together on the day and were an absolute delight to have around. My 89 year old, recently-widowed mother with dementia was leaving her home of the last 34 years and the guys were so patient and gentle with her despite her confusion. The packing was done so quickly and efficiently and they made a stressful day so much easier and more fun. Very competitive price given for removal from London to Lincoln. Answered many of the questions I had needed to ask other companies before I asked them.

The removal men were helpful, friendly and worked hard all day. They were very respectful of our goods moved and dismantled and reassembled furniture and used their boxes without additional charges.

Only slightly negative thing I can say is that the company are sometimes hard to contact by telephone but are very responsive to emails. Read more

Good bunch of guys who helped us move - shout out especially to Paul. Move went relatively smoothly and everything we had was packed up effectively and efficiently. Still in the process of unpacking everything and this may take weeks to do so can't fully comment on how our belongings survived the move but all the "big" stuff seems to be in the right place and packed/moved carefully and considerately. The whole team were great having not moved for 28 years it was quite daunting for us but Dave and the team where very friendly and soon reassured us and worked politely efficiently and went the extra mile by moving existing wardrobes from the top floor to the middle floor before bringing in our contents at no extra cost.
