Review:Sam conducted a Level 2 Homebuyers survey for me and was absolutely brilliant. The RICS Level 2 Home Survey, previously known as a homebuyers report, is our most popular survey type and is best suited to traditionally constructed houses, apartments and bungalows. One of our highly-skilled surveyors will thoroughly inspect the property and provide a professional report with clear information on the internal and external condition of the building. We use an easy-to-follow traffic light system to help you make informed decisions.
The report will also include a summary of the risks to building including damp, rot, structural cracking and more. We are happy to go through the findings with you over a phone call after the survey to address any particular concerns you may have had.
