Review:Really unprofessional with a terrible attitude. Went through a telephone consultation about the amount and got a reasonable quote which we agreed to for a 2 bed house. No one came out to do an assessment. I specifically stated i need halp packing as im heavily pregnant and they said they'll include boxes in the price and will pack the remaining items on the day. A man and a child turned up on the moving day and demanded extra 200 before they commence as some items weren't boxed up leaving us with no choice. He brought no boxes stating he knew nothing about it. The man kept blaming his business partner for the "misunderstanding" even though it was him in charge. His attitude throughout the day was apalling. They damaged furniture trying to force it through doors and launched items down the stairs. Even ruined the walls of the new house. They struggled to fit all the items in the van which initially he said there will be no problem. We were left to pack and transport items in cars!Would not recommend. Felt sorry for the child made to do all the work.If they gave the true quote initially I would've shopped around at different companies. Taking advantage of vulnerable people!
