Friendly efficient moving day. I would have given 5* however, 2 days after I moved I found that 1 of my tv screens had been broken finger prints still present. I contacted Mr Nice via WhatsApp, ended up having to go through email as the message was read with no reply. After a couple of emails and calls I was told to buy 1 off Facebook marketplace and they wouldnt admit liability. All staff were lovely. I was gobsmacked that literally 30 seconds after my quotes arrived in my inbox, Mr Nice was calling me. His business partner emailed me a quote and we agreed a day and time, with nothing being too much trouble. I was expecting a quick courtesy call the day before to check all on track, but this didn't happen. I contacted Mr Nice and got a response a few hours later to say all on track. A couple of really lovely chaps arrived for moving day but appeared to think we were going to a different address in a different county, having got a call the night before asking them to do a long distance job. We had a laugh about it and the guys were brilliant. I do wonder if I hadn't contacted the company the night before whether the move would've taken place. Hopefully this was just a one-off! We had a very stressful move thanks to the solicitors who decided to exchange and complete on the same day. We had already been waiting ages to move so took the risk with reassure that it would definitely happen. Had it not been for Sebastian and Kyle moving us on the say I think I would have gone crazy. They where both professional, friendly, calming great guys who work so so hard. They know what they are doing and just get on with it. Me and my partner moved from Derby to St Helens with Mr Nice Removals and they are by far the best removals company I've ever used. Absolutely tireless and a great laugh throughout the whole process. Gave them the keys to the new house while we tied up some loose ends and they'd basically unloaded all of the van into the house by the time we managed to get there (into all the right rooms might I add!) Yes, I purchased the package and moving options. Both services were professional and went above and beyond their services. The packaging team were considerate so as to not to wake our baby up. The same with the moving guys whom after climbing 2 floors did not make a sound to wake our baby on moving day. They helped us in every opportunity and made it easier.
