Fantastic service. The two guys were incredibly helpful and efficient - taking apart and rebuilding furniture in the new home.They also had to deal with a lot of flights of stairs to move out of our apartment and it didn't phase them at all. They got the entire move done in two trips and a matter of hours.I can't recommend Santa Removals more. Nothing wrapped in bubble wrap as stated,glass chandelier dumped and raffelled in another item,boxed dropped on floor and not even checked if any thing was broken,glass ornament put in between removers gear stick in van metal base bent.exspensive light in kitchen smashed to smithereens, was replaced by two cheep ones.remover rude and inconsiderate asked a simple question and got shouted at.dident seem to want to do the job just wanted to have two half days.cauld not get two my boxes asked to have them were I cauld get to them cauld have put them in front of stored furniture in Garage but to much hassle had to have help to get to them removing large peices of furniture to do so. Delicate ornaments not even wrapped just piled in the boxes.went for them as the lady on the other end of the phone made them sound as though it would be more stress free.if contractors owner should consider who he employs. I couldn't have asked for better. We had a lot of heavy boxes and lived in a third floor flat with no lift but the men just got on with it with no complaints even when the rain and wind started up. Highly recommended and very professional from the off. The call was great. Did a tour of the house via video call. Explained the potential moving dates and what needed to be dismantled and assembled again. Explained work needed in new house with the need for storage and then install another day. Advisor explained this can be very costly and told me we can support to avoid this big cost which is why I went with then in the first place. Movers were great. No hassle. Asked about certain items if they weren't sure which was good. Handled items with care. They don't charge a waiting fee if it goes beyond 4 which is great. Others tried to charge. They actually finished around 6.30ish. Overall great and glad I chose them. Would use again (not that I plan to move!) and recommend to others. We even booked them 5 days before move during summer which I presume is a busy period, eased our pains and stress if moving heavy bulky items such as beds, wardrobes, kitchen appliances etc. Read more

Did an excellent job. Mover was a little bit grumpy with me when I told him he may have to take an armchair out the back as it wouldn't fit through the front but otherwise they were excellent. Accommodating and extremely helpful. The men that did the move were machines, they even fixed a bed - brilliant, friendly team. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Service was excellent from very helpful first contact to the removal men on the day. Care with personal items, dismantling and reassembly. Moving on a very rainy day they couldn't have taken more care, covering flooring in the old property and again in the new one. The two removal men were efficient, checked details as to where items went and made the whole move straightforward. I'd really recommend Santa's removals and would use them again myself. The two gents that moved me were brilliant, they installed my cooker reattached my washing machine and dishwasher. As I don't have a man in the house to help do these things they were there to help me

Santa removals were superb. The 2 chaps that moved us were so hard working and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, and the move went very efficiently. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Santa arrived on time, were well equipped with blankets, tv bags, mattress bags, bubble wrap, straps etc. The vans were spotlessly clean.

The team took care to protect our floors and doorways from damage.

Everything was delivered, positioned and assembled where we wanted it without any damage to furniture or the house.
