Review:Excellent service from start to finish. Alex was incredibly prompt from the first enquiry, providing a competitive price and short timeframe for completing the survey. On the day itself I was expecting a 3-5 days for the completion and issuing of the report we received it within 24hrs. The report was very thorough and gave us the insight wed hoped for. More InformationRICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 survey, formerly known as a Homebuyer Report, is suited to homes less than 50 years old and in good condition. The survey is designed to inform you of any potential problems and defects with the property.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Level 3 is a more in-depth survey, recommended for older homes, and properties which are unusual or in poor condition. Previously called a Building Survey, this looks in more detail at the home and any issues it may have.
