Founded in 1997, our Managing Director Peter Hogan is a fellow of RICS and has a Honours Degree in Construction Technology (UMIST).

Review:We got a level 3 survey and a valuation from Peter.He was very prompt with his responses and took the time to explain his report over a phone call as I do not have enough knowledge and he explained his points in his report in fine detail. His report was also very detailed and had detailed photos, I would definetly recomend him to anyone who needs a survey.

The Level 3 Survey consist of a comprehensive inspection to a property, most suitable for older homes, listed buildings or buildings constructed in an unusual way or in need or refurbishment.
We cover all safely accessible areas, reviewing both major and minor defects and what they could mean for the property. We will also detail any potential problem areas and repairs required, including damp testing, insulation, drainage and technical information on the construction of the property.
Our survey report will include any recommendations for further inspections and include pictures of all areas noted throughout the inspection.
Valuation Report
We can also provide property valuations, whether you are selling your home, need a valuation for legal purposes or for Help to Buy. Our expert valuers can provide an unbiased valuation based on the condition of your home and the current property market.
Snagging Survey
New-build homes are ideal for someone looking to move in and settle, without making too many alterations. However, they may not always be perfect. A snagging survey will highlight any flaws or issues which the contractor can rectify before the home is completed.

Whether you want to have work completed on a Party Wall, or you are the adjoining neighbour of someone who does, we can assist you. By drawing up a Party Wall award, we can work towards a resolution between all involved parties. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible, avoiding major disputes along the way.
