Compare House ClearanceRICS Home Survey Level 2
Suitable for most property types, a Level 2 survey is conducted by one of our specialist residential surveyors. They undertake a careful and methodical inspection, providing a comprehensive and invaluable report on the home.
Previously called a Homebuyer Report, this inspection will look at any major defects both internally and externally. Areas of concern will be highlighted, in addition to recommendations for remedial work.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Formerly known as a Building Survey, this is a more thorough survey than the Level 2. The Level 3 survey is recommended for older homes, those in poor condition and homes that are unusual in any way.
External and internal areas of the home will be carefully inspected, with your surveyor producing a report complete with photographs to highlight issues or defects. The report enables you to make an educated decision on the purchase of the home.
Snagging Survey
The Snagging Survey is designed for new build homes to detect issues in the construction or unfinished work.
This survey will highlight any problem areas so that you can raise them with the home builder. They can then rectify the issues, saving you money and hassle further down the line.
Party Wall
If you find yourself in a dispute with a neighbour over a party wall, our surveyors can assist with the resolution. We can inspect the party wall in question, review the situation and draw up a Party Wall Award to amicably settle the matter.
Valuation Report
We also offer valuation reports for a range of circumstances. These could be legal reasons or if you are buying more shared in a Help to Buy home. You can be sure our experienced valuers will provide you with an unbiased and accurate report.
