RICS Home Survey Level 2
The RICS Home Survey Level 2, also known as the HomeBuyers Report, is the most common type of survey available. Best suited for properties built after 1840 and homes with standard construction, this is an intermediate survey that includes an inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. Following this, your surveyor will write up a detailed report that highlights any potential issues. The report is easy to read and follows the RICS traffic light system, meaning any problems are clearly indicated.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3, also known as the Building Survey, is the most comprehensive survey available. Suitable for all property types, it is best suited for older and historical properties as well as homes with non-standard construction. This survey is the most detailed and includes a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior, including areas that are difficult to access. The report is extremely thorough and includes details of any defects as well as reparation cost estimates and how to repair the issues.
Valuation Report
We also offer Valuation Reports for those wanting an accurate market value of the property. Not only can this be a good indicator for those purchasing a property, but it can also be useful for mortgage providers and estate agents to gain an understanding of the value of a property.
