RICS Home Survey Level 2
When you’re buying a property that was built less than 80 years ago and is in a good condition, you’ll need our RICS Home Survey Level 2. Formerly known as the HomeBuyers Report, our Level 2 Survey will offer a detailed inspection of the property you plan to buy to inform you of the condition. The survey report will be presented with 3 condition ratings to evaluate and describe the condition of the property and how urgently it needs repairing.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
At Leodis Surveys, we also offer a RICS Home Survey Level 3, previously known as a Building Survey, when you’re buying an older property. Best suited to unique buildings that have had major work done, the level 3 survey offers an in-depth look at the building’s structure and condition, highlighting important repair work. The Level 3 Survey report outlines repair options and advises on the consequences of not acting on the advice provided.
Snagging Survey
If you are looking to buy a new property, snagging surveys are best as they highlight any potential issues that can cause problems further down the line. This allows you to make a fully-informed decision with confidence. Your surveyor will inspect the exterior and interior of the property and detail their findings in a thorough report. The report will always be easy-to-follow without any jargon.
