- The report has clear PHOTOS so you can easily follow along with the defects found.· We offer a DRONE SURVEY to inspect hard-to-reach areas and identify hidden defects on the roof, chimneys and guttering. The PHOTOS will then be included in the report.

Review:We commissioned Lock and Key Surveys for a Level 2 HBS on a 1930's detached that we had set our heart on. L&K' quote was very competitive and they went above and beyond to ensure that the survey was carried out swiftly once instructed. The report L&K produced was clear and concise, with each note or detail having accompanying images. Our surveyor, Dean, also took the time to follow up the report with a call to go through each item line-by-line to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied with his conclusion. All in all, Lock and Key provided a great service and one that we would certainly have no hesitation recommending!

RICS Home Surveys Level 2
Formerly known as a Homebuyers Report, the RICS Home Survey Level 2 is suitable for homes in good condition and built in the last 50 years or so. Homes should also be constructed with conventional methods and materials.
