RICS Home Survey Level 2
As buying a home is one of the biggest expenditures most people will make, ensuring you know everything you can about the property you are about to buy is essential.
Our homebuyer survey will provide you with an overview of the condition of the property, noting any visible issues or potential problems, so that you’re prepared for any work required in future.
This survey is suitable for more modern homes that have been built of conventional materials and are in good condition.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A building survey will give you a far more in-depth overview of the condition of the property. This survey is ideal for older properties, homes which have had extensive work done and properties made of unconventional materials or build.
The building survey report will be a longer and more detailed report than the homebuyer survey report, with a more thorough consideration of the structure, ground, facilities and surrounding information.
This report will allow you to make an educated decision on the property purchase, providing you with the information you need to negotiate the asking price and enabling you to decide if the home is a worthwhile investment.
