After completing our RICS Level 2 or 3 Survey your dedicated Surveyor will call you to discuss the property and answer your questions. We will be available to assist you with any follow-up help once you have received your report.

Suitable for most homes, the RICS Level 2 Survey was previously known as a Homebuyers Report. This is an inspection of the property you are looking to buy, followed by a report based on the findings.
Your surveyor will look at the condition of the property, highlighting any problems.This can help you make an informed decision about the property purchase.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A more thorough survey than Level 2, the Level 3 is designed for older homes and those in poor condition. Homes that have undergone extensive work or are unusual are also suitable.
Formerly called a Building Survey, this is an in-depth look at the property. It will highlight issues, defects and any work required. It will look at the property inside and outside including the roof, garages and boundary walls.
Valuation Report
We also offer Valuation Reports for a range of reasons, such as Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Probate. We provide a researched and unbiased valuation of a property, in line with the current property market.
