RICS Valuations
Our RICS Valuations will provide clients with a professionally written market valuation of their property which can then be used for Help To Buy, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, Matrimonial, Probate and specific tax purposes. Rest assured, all our staff are RICS Registered Valuers meaning they will provide every client with the international standard of quality, professionalism and service.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Previously known as the homebuyers survey, a RICS Home Survey Level 2 is most suited to modern properties that are in fairly ‘good’ condition. The inspection will be conducted by one of our qualified surveyors who will ensure they make a detailed visual examination of the property both inside and out. This will highlight any obvious issues or damage, helping you clearly see the property’s condition. An additional valuation can also be added to this service if requested.
The report will be written in plain English with no difficult jargon to confuse results. We always strive to make our reports available to you within 5 working days of the inspection. You will also be able to speak to an allocated surveyor before and after the examination to ensure we fully satisfy your needs.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 was previously known as a building survey and is ideal for older properties, those in poor condition or if you're planning any major works to be done. It is the most comprehensive survey type available as it details the structural condition of the property as well as any obvious damage or defects.
Our report will include an in-depth analysis of the property’s condition, professional advice and an insurance rebuild valuation. However, valuations and rebuild costs can only be added at request and for an additional fee.
Snagging Survey
New build properties are not likely to require a full survey but they are also not likely to be perfect. This is where a snagging survey comes in. This can highlight any defects in the construction of the home. This then gives the contractors the opportunity to fix any issues before you move in.
