Review:Just had a level 2 survey carried out on a property were looking to purchase as first-time buyers. Weve been incredibly impressed by Wood Croft throughout the whole process. Prior to the survey we had several questions about the process, they were always very quick to respond via WhatsApp which was a really convenient way of doing things. Instructing them to carry out the survey was quick via their website, and they responded and had organised the survey with the estate agents within a couple of days. After the survey was carried out the surveyor talked us through the general findings which was very helpful, and got the full report back to us in less than a week. The report was really detailed, and the surveyor was happy to answer any more questions we had.Overall would definitely recommend them better price than the other competitors we looked at and couldnt ask for better service.

Review:Extremely satisfied with my experience dealing with WoodCroft Surveyors, our surveyor went above and beyond when dealing with our Level 2 Survey and given the chance, I will use him again in a heartbeat. I have already recommended him to a family member who is in the process of purchasing a new home and can certainly vouch for his capabilities, alot of things become apparent through his report that we had not noticed.10/10 overall. Absolutely 0 complaints.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
A RICS Level 2 Survey will entail a non-invasive inspection of the property and its elements and will highlight any concerns regarding its structure that may require further attention. These will be allocated a condition rating which is done in a colour-coded, traffic light system with three distinct variants. This level of survey is most suited to properties in a reasonable condition which have not been extensively altered.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a detailed inspection of each of the external and internal elements of a property, as far as they are accessible. Once the inspection is completed a comprehensive written report is provided and includes photographs of particular issues of concern as well as advice on what to do next. This level of survey is most suited to properties that are non-standard construction, listed buildings, extensively altered or dilapidated.
Valuation Report
In addition to our Level1, Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, we also offer RICS Property Valuations. We can assist you whether you are purchasing or investing in a property, need a valuation for legal reasons or are unsure of the value of your home. All of our RICS Valuation reports include a market value for use for your requirements and we will tailor the report to your specific needs.
