Removal to Northern IrelandWe are so pleased that we chose Blue Sky Relocation as our removal company for our move to Northern Ireland from Bracknell, England. The whole experience from the very first contact with Laura who guided us through the whole move to the team of 4 guys who carried out the packing and loading/unloading, was completely stress free.Laura explained everything so well. Very reasonable quote and easy to organise, with free date changes. Friendly movers and very helpful customer support. Unfortunately the van they sent was far too small for our move, despite us sending a picture and specifications of the storage unit to be emptied. They also werent aware despite us specifying during booking that our mattress had to be transported flat. This meant that they had to do two trips. Luckily someone else could meet them so we didnt have to go all the way back! But it meant we didnt have everything until 8:30pm. Process was very clear throughout - customer service on hand for any questions via whatsapp & they where able to provide me with needed invoices to expense the move with my new job. Movers on the day where very friendly & efficient, got everything in the van and secured safely Nothing arrived broken & they where just as helpful with the offloading at the destination. Some of the cardboard boxes where a little bit damp on arrival - but the weather had been pissing it down all day / night so if that's as "bad" as it got then not the worst thing in the world. I found BlueSky Relocation online after having been let down by another removal company. They responded to my enquiries very quickly and turned out to be cheaper than other recommended removal companies. Pamela and was friendly and helpful and I could do everything through Whatsapp. I was able to re-schedule my move when there was a delay. Overall Bluesky got the job done. There was excellent communication by Laura upfront which gave me a lot of confidence with the company. On the actual moving days it seems the team wasnt fully briefed (everything needed to be packed and loaded on one day) as they seemed to think they will come back the following day to finish packing. However this had been discussed prior to moving days. Eventually they did finish everything on the same day (took them over nine hours) but it seemed begrudgingly. This being said, they forgot to pack a few things (they dont seem to check spaces behind doors), which I needed to come back for.Delivery of my things and re-assembly of my furniture went without a hitch and was very pleasant.Summarized: it was far from perfect, but still less hassle than if I had tried to pack and move everything by myself. We chose this company because it had a great first impression: they called me right away after I asked for a quote had a good price, compared to the others.

However, we had a few issues on the moving day. The crew arrived in time and was really friendly. But we felt that they were not very careful with our furniture and boxes. Ia??ve moved a lot on the past 5 years and my furniture was never damage. This time, we got a lot of small damages. The were also not careful with the fragile boxes. And they even left before assembling one of our furnitures. We had to call them to come back. Extremely impressed with the whole process! Moving into a new build, it wasn't until ~10 days before that I knew my moving date. With it being such short notice I was pretty stressed about not being able to get it sorted, but Laura was amazing and sorted everything super quickly a??i,? completely understand now why she has a trustpilot fan club! On moving day, the team worked really hard and made the whole process seem effortless (especially considering I was 6th floor & lift was broken..). It was a last minute arrangement and the company were able to provide the removal service I needed. The guys were very friendly and efficient, and got the job done. I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of issues.

The first was that they didna??t take extra care moving some items and cause a bit of damage to them. Eg a glass door in a wooden cabinet wasna??t taped across so this fell open when moving into the new home. This pulled the hinge out of the frame and now equites a repair. They should have took more precautions for these items.

The second was that despite boxes being labelled a lot were just put in the garage or in the nearest room. This caused us extra stress later when looking for certain boxes.

But despite this, I was still happy overall. My issues can be resolved for future customers if they refine their service. Read more

The movers were extremely unprofessional. There was no team leader, they left dents in the walls. They left their rubbish in the house. They didn't move all items. I would not recommend this company.

They turned up to pack without any tape guns or tape and I had to go and buy them and then never got them back, they used temporary labour who did not have a clue on how to pack anything but most importantly they damaged our television and then refused to pay for it.
Under no circumstances use this company unless you want bad service and broken items.
