    They called us straight away to help with scoping the requirements and providing a quote. They were veru busy over Christmas with tier 4 restrictions and did everything they could to get us a van and a team to help us move before Christmas. Very professional and great guys.

    Extremely impressed with the whole process! Moving into a new build, it wasn't until ~10 days before that I knew my moving date. With it being such short notice I was pretty stressed about not being able to get it sorted, but Laura was amazing and sorted everything super quickly ☺️ completely understand now why she has a trustpilot fan club! On moving day, the team worked really hard and made the whole process seem effortless (especially considering I was 6th floor & lift was broken..). Everything was packed carefully with wrap & blankets they provided. Would recommend these guys to anyone! Amazing service

    And I would like to say the team we had were marvellous! Couldn’t have been any better. They were courteous, patient and thorough. Special shout out to Laura who handled my order from quotation to finish, providing the best possible service. Highly recommended

    Bluesky, you guys were amazing. They organised the whole move from a 4 bedroom house including disassemble and reassembled furniture.
    They arrived early with a friendly and polite manor. They were professional and approached the whole job with a real team spirit and good humour. We really can't praise the lads enough.
    A++++ We would used them again and recommend to everyone.

    These guys were great from start to finish. We had a horrendous house buying process, from start to finish, and these guys were one of the best bits. Would fully recomend and will be using them again. Laura was so helpful and reassuring during such a stressful time.

    Laura was so lovely to deal with, she really helped me out throughout the process, even though my dates were really unstable. Laura went over and above to make my move possible, and I can't thank you enough. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

    they described themselves as a 'white glove' removal service but there was no sign of this and it seemed a lot of money for what we got

    It was a last minute arrangement and the company were able to provide the removal service I needed. The guys were very friendly and efficient, and got the job done. I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of issues.
    The first was that they didn’t take extra care moving some items and cause a bit of damage to them. Eg a glass door in a wooden cabinet wasn’t taped across so this fell open when moving into the new home. This pulled the hinge out of the frame and now equites a repair. They should have took more precautions for these items.
    The second was that despite boxes being labelled a lot were just put in the garage or in the nearest room. This caused us extra stress later when looking for certain boxes.
    But despite this, I was still happy overall. My issues can be resolved for future customers if they refine their service.

    The movers were extremely unprofessional. There was no team leader, they left dents in the walls. They left their rubbish in the house. They didn't move all items. I would not recommend this company.

    Hi Seden,I am glad you were happy with our customer service.I apologise that we didn't take your fridge which was full of refrigerated items. However, it is clearly stated on our terms and conditions that we are not allowed to refrigerated food or drink and our terms and conditions are posted on our website.Even though that wasn't our fault, we still offered to come back the next day to take the fridge if it was empty and any other items you wanted us to take but you declined our offer and said it would be fine to take it in your car and everything was smoothed over.I understand that moving home is stressful but you were happy on the day of the move and with our service until you discovered we hadn't moved the fridge and a few plants.I hope you have settled into your new home now.

    They turned up to pack without any tape guns or tape and I had to go and buy them and then never got them back, they used temporary labour who did not have a clue on how to pack anything but most importantly they damaged our television and then refused to pay for it.
    Under no circumstances use this company unless you want bad service and broken items.

    Hi Justin,Thank you for your feedback.I apologise if you feel like you had a bad experience with us, but I feel it is important for our readers to get both sides of the story.When I spoke to you on the day of packing and the day of the move, you were extremely happy with our service and praised our removal men. In addition to this, you also texted me afterwards asking me where you could leave a glowing review for us.We took extra care with your TV and one of our men even had it safely wrapped up with bubble wrap etc and kept it on his lap throughout the journey to ensure it was protected from damage.You signed a job sheet to say there was no damage and we made sure to check the TV as it is a fragile item and saw that there was no damage to it whatsoever.Insurance claims are valid for 7 days. On the 7th day after the move, you claimed we broke your TV after admitting to having it mounted onto the wall by someone else in between the move date and the 7th day.We knew the person who mounted the TV to wall damaged it, so we refused to pay for your TV as we knew we were not responsible for any damage. When we make a mistake, we own up to it and compensate customers fairly as we understand that mistakes do happen.It was only after this, that you posted your review.With the greatest respect, please consider whether you think it's fair to leave this review up.
