    Would like to pass my thanks and gratitude to Muaz and the team who completed a successful move from our property to storage and then from storage back to our new property.
    No items were misplaced and all furniture was unassembled and put back together perfectly. On both days the team were extremely punctual (arrived at the new property before me!), professional and courteous and our house move would not be successful without the team.
    I would not hesitate to use Brisk again or recommend to others!

    I moved just over 200 miles and Muaz and his team worked unbelievably hard to get the job done as fast and efficiently as possible. The removal guys took great care of my things and I haven’t found a single item damaged. It was a difficult move because I ended up taking more than planned and the journey took even longer than expected. However I have to say that every one of the 8 man team remained pleasant, friendly, courteous and professional throughout. Frankly I was blown away by the work ethic of this team. It was a really, really tough job for them and never was I made to feel like it was a nuisance for them. They worked tirelessly until the job was done - late into the night, with not a single complaint! My fragile items were handled with great care as well, which was great. In terms of value for money I would say Brisk removals were excellent as well. I would use them again and highly recommend them during what can be a very difficult time. I believe in treating people with respect and that’s how they certainly treated me. A star star for these guys all the way. Thank you Muaz and the guys for a great move.

    I cannot recommend these guys enough. They stepped in at the last minute for a move from London to the North of Scotland after a previous company let us down and were excellent. They were professional and courteous and were very efficient and careful with our belongings. They turned up on time and worked very hard to pack and load the lorry on time. The move went very smoothly and Muaz and his team removed as much stress as possible. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone moving.

    This was a two day move of full house and garage contents including bulky/heavy gym equipment. Everything that Brisk did from the original site visit and initial quotation, a subsequent rescheduling of the move day, and then the move itself was top notch. All of the personnel were polite and courteous and took great care of all of the goods. It couldn’t have gone any better.

    Found Brisk through a comparison site. One of three. They were quick to respond and after a brief phone call, a convenient visit time was arranged. Muaz arrived dead on time, wore shoe covers without asking, did a detailed survey, and within a day had a professional quote emailed through. In total I received 18 quotes from various comparison sites and calls. Brisk was not the cheapest but in the lower end, with a professional and quality approach that bred confidence. After a quick phone call to discuss specifics we finalised on a good price.
    On the packing day Zoltan and one of his team arrived, introduced themselves and set about at great pace but with careful skill, packing the house efficiently. The following day ( moving day ) Zoltan returned with more of his team. They worked hard and diligently, from 9am through to 930pm. We had one really heavy and difficult sofa bed, we wanted on the top floor, which without, Zoltan's determination ( and good spatial awareness ), wouldn't have happened.
    My summary is that the company is good value for money, but not the cheapest, the team were skilled, efficiently and friendly and the startup company has a great future ahead.

    Muaz was very helpful in assessing and providing the quote. All the packing material we're delivered before moving date as agreed. on moving date the team came in exactly at 8AM, were professional and skilled in dismantling the furniture. They took extreme care of not only the moving goods but also of the home, so that there was no damage to floor, landing, stairs etc. Thanks a lot Brisk Removals and thank you Zoltan.     Moved from Kingston to South-end. I would give 7 stars to this company if i could for customer servcies and helping me. I am going though a difficult period and had to move out and they helped me so so much. The price was great, they sent a surveyor a second time to see what I hadn't shown him the first time. They also sent an extra person on the last day wihtout any charge.

    I got quotes from various companies and this was by far the most efficient and responsive. They gave me an excellent price, i had to go to Manchester and my move got delayed, everything was handled better than expected and the move went smoothly. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The video survey via WhatsApp is not our unique innovation, but our team is able to make their assessments is a few easy steps and we never have a client running all over the house with the video camera :) We are proud to say that our assessments and quotations are accurate, and WhataApp often proves much more convenient for the client than a visit.     The lads, all 5 of them, worked hard all day with minimal breaks. Our day began at 9am with 3 Luton vans outside our old address and they left us at 7pm faced with a 2 hour journey home. A 12 hour day no less. The bedroom furniture was dismantled and rebuilt with no fuss and even the garden plants were none the worse for their journey. We can forgive the fact that some of the boxes were in the wrong place, everyone was tired. Despite this they remained polite and cheerful and we would not hesitate to recommend team Brisk.

    The move was bigger than originally quoted. Hence had to pay quite a bit more. I think a small Move would be fine but big move use another company and ensure the quote given is correct!

    Dear Karen, as a customer your opinion is very important to us. Being the business manager, it is my job to review the entire case to the best of my ability. I have reviewed the quotations and spoken to the team that executed the move. As you yourself have stated, the final move was of an entirely different scope to what was originally quoted for. The focal reason for this is that the original quotation did not account for your new home being on the 4th floor (without elevator access), as per norms the 'to' address is not part of the survey and this is something that could have been mentioned by you. More significantly, there was a storage unit that was to hold some belongings, upon visiting the storage, it turned out to be roughly a hundred square feet which was densely packed (this is essentially the entire volume capacity of the 3.5 tonne truck we use). If you account for all the additional belongings to move and the configuration of the move address, you will be looking at a very different invoice. I should mention that your initial job was a same day pack and move, once you are engaged as a client we are to do our best to accommodate you, we are all playing the same side of the fence; we provided you 3 removal specialists and a truck the next day, billing you £ 375, by industry standards this is more than reasonable.I am told the team gave exceptional service, and you have not brought up any displeasure with avenue.We understand if you do not agree or are not pleased with the quotation / final billing, but it was my duty to offer things from our perspective.The team here at Brisk wishes you nothing but the best of times and the fondest of memories in your new home.

    The service was ok and the team worked hard. However, on the day the team didn't know they could, for example, dismantle our wardrobe.
    While it's in the T&Cs and I was ONLY 30 minutes late as I had to leave my daughter to the nursery and there was the usual morning traffic, I have been reminded and stressed that I had to pay instantly the remaining money plus the late fee and also provide proof of payment in minutes in an area with bad coverage.
    Based on this, it's disarming to read that you reserve diverse treatments to your customers, as this is what I read in another comment here on your website:
    "You did not have the keys to the new house for almost 2 hours over the agreed time and we did not levy any waiting charges"
    Moving is stressful itself, you didn't make it easy too.

    Response:
    First, the team here would like to thank you for not giving a 1 start review across the board and making only complaints. There are unfortunately those who prioritize painting the service provider in a wholly unfavorable light, and some of the things they write are exaggerated our all-out untrue.Thank you for your integrity.What I write ahead is not an exercise to refute any of what you say, but there are a couple of places where we must offer our side as well.No client should have added stress on their move day, this we would be the first to say. If one of the things that added to your stress was being pressured for the reaming payment prior to unloading being completed, we are clear from the beginning that this would have to be the case. Clients do not have to wait till the last minute to make (and confirm) the transfer, they may do so in the morning, a day in advance or so forth. I must be clear, our company (and other companies) deal with every sort of client; unfortunately there are those who politely have their move completed, defer the payment till after the move is done, neglect to pay upon completion, neglect to pay that day, and find it convenient not to pay till many weeks later (if at all). This is a curse of the industry, there are a few bad apples out there, and especially for a small enterprise like ours cash flow (down to even 50 pounds) can at times be an essential life line or we immediately lose a vital resource or two; this is an unpleasant reality. In your case, we apologize if anyone from the team unduly or unfairly pressured you while you were in a poor reception area (this is never the objective).You mentioned a derisive comment on another review site which read: "You did not have the keys to the new house for almost 2 hours over the agreed time and we did not levy any waiting charges". It is true, we wrote this, and we stand by it. There is a case to be made that we are not being derisive in this place, and that we have genuinely made an effort to accommodate a client, beyond quotation and t&c. Our teams are paid according to what is decided for 'the day' and above that they are paid overtime (counted at the start of each hour). This is any outflow amount and can easily take us into loss on a move. We are able to charge well under large companies and similarly sized competitors because we run a tight ship, but this means that we do have to run a tight ship. This would also address you being 30 minutes late due to a genuine responsibility you had to undertake, BUT we do still have to pay each member of our team extra (and running on a social entrepreneurship model we ALWAYS try to waive or at least subsidize the charges, ALWAYS).All that being said, we have taken due note that you are not satisfied with your move day / customer service and we work to improve policy and procedure so that future customers (whether or not they leave a review) are more than satisfied with our service.Wishing you only the fondest memories in your new home and with warm regards,- The team at Brisk.

    From the first meeting I liked the fact that the surveyor worn shoe covers. Unfortunately when calculating the amount of things we had to move it went wrong somewhere. Clearly more things in the cupboards than either of us realised. So not enough trucks we’re sent on moving day- the 4 men who moved us were lovely but did not wear shoe covers and my new carpets are covered in muddy footprints. The supervisor refused to allow the men to unload the truck until I paid an addition £400+ money for more trucks. On the phone with him he raised his voice and spoke to me in a very patronizing way. I was in floods of tears. He says he just speaks quickly but I know when a man has raised his voice to me. He also said he recorded my phone call with him which is illegal - I’m sure he didn’t but what a stupid thing to say. I had to leave my husband to communicate with him as I found him to be very rude. I wish I’d gone with another company. Moving day is stressful enough without the added stress that I was put through by this company.

    The team were due to pack for us on the Thursday, but I received a call from Muaz on Tuesday evening asking if they could pack on the Wednesday instead. This was not possible - we had taken Thursday off to be there for the packing.
    The packers then didn't turn up on time, and I got a call saying they'd be there in a couple of hours. That kept getting pushed out, and they finally arrived at 1:30.
    Having promised us a stress-free experience, this was the total opposite. 80% of the house was packed by around 6:30 pm, but we have since discovered many items missing or lost, broken items, items that are in completely random places, boxes mislabelled or placed in the wrong room - in short, we should have packed ourselves.
    On the day of the move, we had been told they would arrive at 8:30 as packing was not finished. They arrived at 9:30.
    Moving with Brisk was a stressful experience, and while the guys on the day were quick, I was horribly disappointed and we felt badly let down. I would most definitely never recommend anyone to use them.

Once the packing team arrived, as per our knowledge and your verbal feedback, the team upon their arrival did a very swift and efficient job of the packing and none of the items we packed took any damage during the move.One of the main issues you mention is the mislabeling of boxes. Please note that our packing team labels according to the rooms they pack from. Any items brought from different rooms before our team arrives, as was the case, have to be told or they will be labelled as per the room that they are in. This was clarified before the packing began but you did not pay any attention to this. the customer must play an active role is the labeling of the boxes. Once the boxes are mislabeled, them and their contents ending up in the wrong rooms is sure to follow. I cannot hold my team responsible for this one.We wish you all the best and only the fondest memories in your new home. We appreciate you not giving only one star and being transparent with what you have to say.     Would not use again.

    'Dear Steve, Thank you for your feedback. However, this feedback is a complete surprise to us. As per our telephone conversations during and after the move, you not only seemed satisfied but said that the team was excellent and worked really hard to finish everything on time. Let us list some of the 'extra' efforts we did for you and why we find this review a complete surprise. (1) Our team vacuumed the entire house as it was not in a state to take your furniture in. (2) You did not have the keys to the new house for almost 2 hours over the agreed time and we did not levy any waiting charges (3) You got items worth half a Luton full (~9 cubic meter) in your storage as agreed, later you told the team to move it to the dinning room, then to the sitting room and after that upstairs. The team realised you were stressed and perhaps not doing the best decision making and did exactly as you told them without questioning. After all this we were sure that you will give us at least a 5 star rating. We go out of our way for our clients and we do not expect anything in return - other than a little appreciation. There are some people out there who would just give a bad review to an excellent service to get a bit of refund - we are sure you are not one of those! We are trying to get in touch and request you to call us @ 0208 090 2322, we would still love to know why you gave us 1.5 stars.     We had a quotation for a fixed, all inclusive amount for the move and were thrilled as they seemed much cheaper than others. We had arranged our packing and removal to be down across 2 days. The packing team turned up 6 hours later than the agreed time, a man down and then refused to do more than two hour's work with out extra money cash in hand.
    The next day they had to carry on packing, delaying the move. Also tried to reduce the number of vans from our agreement. After everything was loaded on to the van's they sent us a new invoice with an extra £200 on top for additional boxes they apparently needed (even though the knew the exact volume of the vans required). We disputed this at which point they threatened to put out belongings in storage until we paid. That's right, they threatened us with stealing our property unless we paid this. After an unconvincing good cop, bad cop routine with one of the movers who was 'on our side' arguing with his boss (note the convenient switch to English when he told his boss to shut up - I loved the commitment to the bit). We had to pay to get our stuff back. Untrustworthy

    They charged me another £250 on the day of my removals saying I did not provide them with the information. Muaz told me I had not given them the postcode of the place I needed a collection to be made and this was totally not true. I gave him the village to go to and he worked out the price and gave me a quote.
    They also didn't call me until 10.30pm the night before the move to arrange things.
    He tried blaming me and threatened that they have recordings of all the calls. I was very pleased to hear this and asked to be sent a copy of the recording as I know without doubt that he was given all the information in order for him to do the quote. He then said it wasn't possible to give it me as they only go back 2 weeks. He was unbelievably rude and talked over me the whole time. It was a very different story when he wanted my business though.
    I asked to speak to the owner and he wouldn't put me through to anyone, so I had no-one to escalate this matter to.
    I am totally disgusted with their behaviour and their service.
    Some of my expensive wood furniture is also marked but I did not notice this until afterwards. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Dear Clare,Your cause of discontent is the charges. Starting with your initial quotation, you move from Reading to Bath was roughly 90 miles. For the services provided and the 3 Removal Specialists + 2 Trucks, we quoted a very reasonable £750 .You added a last minute request to have a sofa picked up along the way. After this was agreed to, the location provided was not by any means nearby. This added the better part of a 100 miles to your move journey.We also had to make arrangements on our own to access your storage (as you could not be present), this was successfully undertake but took up extra man-hours, you were not charged for this.You are displeased at being billed £200. To address this plainly, your last minute request added a large number of miles and this detour cost us 1.5 hours for a team of three men. The actual distance added and extra hours for the resources would be billed at £345 - £395, however you were engaged as a client and we always try to accommodate post-quotation requirements / offer flexibility any way we can; so we subsidized the additional charges and billed you roughly half.On a separate review side, you cast in a negative light, a partial cashback, that we had under our own volition and good-will offered. As for the 10% cash-back, £75 you had originally agreed to be compensated through this and had agreed to the principal terms. We were not in a position to send you your 10% refund as you had not signed the form, this is where you were no longer dealing with us in a reasonable manner. The tone you have used with regards to this part of the discussion on that site comes across as very vindictive and you have neglected to mention many essential facts. You mention in your own words there that you intend to cause our company as much financial loss as possible (as opposed to saying that you wish to be informative about a negative experience to other potential customers).Each of us is entitled to our opinions, and being a client it is your right to post reviews as you see fit. You were happy with the team and the service provided to you by our Removal Specialists, your only issue was the addition of to the quotation for which you wanted to be reimbursed. We leave it for the readers to decide whether £200 is a reasonable charge for a 100 mile detour of 2 trucks and 3 men (3 men were required to carry this sofa down the narrow staircases) which resulted in around 2 extra hours besides the additional mileage for both trucks. Your job started at 8 am and the team completed it at 7 pm. The overall journey of 200 miles for 3 men and 2 trucks for a job that took 11 hours was billed at £950. You and the readers are most welcome to look at industry prices and see whether we overcharged for this service, as you are regretfully trying to convince the readers. While it is our job to give the best possible service, it is the client's responsibility to let us know the requirements beforehand as a quotation cannot remain the same when new requirements come at the last minute at significant cost and time to the company.
