Everything was done exactly as I wanted and I would recommend Doree Bonner to anyone.

Great service from office staff and removal men on the day. Extremely efficient, move went seamlessly, large furniture was dismantled and reassembled at new house. We were asked where everything should go and the whole move was complete by around 3pm that day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
The team from Doree Bonner were amazing. They were prompt, professional, polite and quick. We had a lot of stuff but they set about their task and got most of the packing done on the Thursday. Packing was done really well, with lots of care taken with fragile items. Come Friday everything was moved onto the van and efficiently moved to our new place and unloaded. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was a bit unsure if it would be worth it spending the money on this, they weren't the chealest, but also weren't the most expensive. Out of all the costs involved in moving house this was the one I thought was the best value for money and made a huge difference to how stress free our moving day went. We've moved everything ourselves once before and I swore to myself I'd never do it again. Thanks to the crew at Doree Bonner our moving day was stress free and organised!

Great service, no regrets at all about choosing Doree Bonner for our move from Scotland to France. The only drawback was a bit of lack of information provided initially, but all our questions were answered timely. Definitely recommend for moving from UK to Europe.

No hesitation in recommending Bonners (we went for the full service which took out all of stress out of the physical moving) - the rest was another story.

Excellent service from initial survey to moving day. Provided plenty of boxes and cartons in advance and turned up on the day on time. Pleasant staff who took no time in emptying a second floor (no lift) 3 bedroom flat and transporting the contents 50 miles to our new home. I was a bit sceptical at first regarding the cost of hiring a company to move however it has turned out to be well worth the money. Well recommended.
The team was efficient and courteous and very helpful and accommodating. They were on time and hardworking. Their friendliness was encouraging and provided a much needed lift during a very stressful move (our 2nd in 4 months!!)

For some reasons some valuable items were not protected at all. Lucky there was no damage!
However the removal team was pleasant to deal with and efficient.
Removal guys were excellent. Customer service in the main was excellent too but a few unanswered emails meant that we were unsure if changes had been acknowledged
Very hard working,efficient and helpful team of movers. Nothing was to much trouble. Slight problem with co-ordinating dismantling and rebuilding some beds and units but problem swiftly resolved. I would recommend this company.
The initial appointment with their rep was great. Unfortunately the team in the office let's them down. They didn't deliver the packing materials on time and couldn't deliver extra until the day or moving. They changed the day of pick up to a day earlier without asking, just expecting it would be acceptable.
Luckily we were and thankfully the men that arrived to do the actual removal were fantastic!
We initially had a good service from Doree Bonner. As others have said, from the quote to the move itself. But as others have said, you just have to hope that nothing goes wrong! In our case, the moving team dropped a bed against the wall in our new house and put a hole in the plaster (I’d upload pictures if I could). They accepted liability. And when we spoke to the Operations Manager he agreed that from an ethical perspective Doree Bonner should pay. Then out of the blue they changed their mind and defaulted to technicalities. They said we had taken out the wrong type of insurance (even though no-one explained the different types of insurance to us). We’re now considering raising a formal complaint with the Ombundsman. I wish I'd read other reviews that seem to echo this view that if things go wrong with Doree Bonner don’t expect they seem to conveniently forget their customer values statement. Such a shame.
