Review:Really good service. Very polite and helpful. Having never used them, felt well informed by Steve. On the day of move both chaps were helpful, very careful with all boxes etc and really fast! They put all furniture in all the rooms as instructed! Definitely would use them again!

Review:They were really easy to book with. I was confident there were no hidden costs and they were so patient with our constantly changing moving date! On the day, they were efficient and friendly at the loading end. When unloading, another crew came to help so it was done extra quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Review:The team arrived on time they were very friendly and extremely hard working. We booked the packing service they were very careful with the packing. When they arrived at the new house they were supper efficient at unloading with everything going in the correct room. I would definitely recommend them. They made our moving day hassle free.

Review:What a turn up! The guys arrived exactly on the time promised and arrived full of friendly energy. Ive never seen a group move so fast and professional before. They were so respectful to myself and my belongings. I have nothing to say but nice words about this company and its workers. Steve is a great guy and has awesome men working for him, we had a delay when I reached my new address but the men were so pleasant about it and made me feel nothing but relaxed. They are so worthy of what I paid for the removal. Theyre trustworthy and completely on job! Thank you to Steve and his awesome team who will most probably put every other removal company to shame and show them how its done! Review:Excellent service. Local company who know the area well. They surveyed the property in person, not over WhatsApp; gave a very competitive quote and were flexible when our dates had to change at short notice. They packed and moved us with great care and attention to detail. Movers were polite, friendly, helpful and very careful - nothing scratched, broken or lost in the move.

Review:The 3 men came early and proceeded to load the Luton can. They then got lost going to new address and called me for directions. I told them which room to put different boxes but sat outside the property in my car. I bought them lunch and drinks and entered the property when they left. I told them I was having a disability bed delivered and built. The bedroom was full of boxes. I had to pay the bed man extra as he had to rearrange the boxes to get the bed in and built. I also found that an assortment of boxes was in every room. So as a disabled person who cana??t lift boxes this has caused me severe problems. Also screws that secured the base of my TV were lost.

Review:On the day the removal guys needed to dismantle 3 wardrobes since they couldn't get them out of the bedroom. I gave permission to do this. I was made to understand that they will assemble them in the new place but this did not happen. Two days later I was informed that since the wardrobes were glued together this was not possible. If they were honest with me from the start I would have left my wardrobes behind and saved them and myself a lot of trouble.
on the whole the removal guys were polite and did a good job with everything else.Response:
