The RICS Home Survey Level 3, also known as a Building Survey, is the most comprehensive survey available. It is suitable for all properties, especially properties that are more than 50 years old and buildings with non-standard construction. Your surveyor will thoroughly inspect the interior and exterior of the property, including areas that are difficult to access.
Your surveyor will write up a report following the inspection that clearly highlights any potential defects that may affect the market value of the property. This will give you confidence in your property transaction, giving you the chance to confirm, decline, or renegotiate your offer.
Party Wall
We also offer Party Wall services according to the Party Wall etc Act 1996. Whether you have been served a Notice or are issuing a Notice to a neighbour, we will provide you with advice and ensure that you are fully-informed during your case. We will strive to maintain a positive relationship with your neighbours and will determine a fair conclusion. Your surveyor will also liaise with the neighbour’s surveyor to figure out the best outcome.
