RICS Home Survey Level 2
The most popular property survey type in our experience, the Level 2 survey is suitable for homes built from conventional materials and in reasonable condition. This report focuses on assessing the general condition of the main elements of the property, including a visual inspection of the building and grounds. This is ideal for getting an overview of the condition of the home.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
This survey is more thorough than Level 2 and is best suited to older homes, those in poor condition or buildings which are usunal or altered. The report provided after the survey will include detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.
Your jargon-free report will describe the form of construction and materials used in the property, in addition to the condition and any defects or problems found during the inspection.
