The RICS Home Survey Level 2, also known as the HomeBuyer Report, is the most popular type of survey available. Suitable for most properties, your surveyor will inspect the interior and exterior of the property. Following this, they will write up a report that highlights any issues that may impact the value of the property.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3, also known as the Building Survey, is the most comprehensive and detailed survey available. It is suitable for all property types but is best suited for historical buildings and homes with non-standard construction. Like the Level 2 survey, your surveyor will carry out an inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. The report contains more details on any defects including reparation advice and estimated repair costs.
Party Wall
We also offer Party Wall surveys according to the Party Wall etc Act 1996. Whether your have been issued a Party Wall notice or are issuing the notice, we will work closely with you to ensure that an agreement is met swiftly and in your best interest.
